It must be really hard for them to stick to a strict diet while on the road so much. I wonder how many of them just have great genetics and can get away with cheating more than most of us regular folks can. I'm sure the steriods make it eaiser to stay lean, too. Not that they all take steriods.

I don't think it would be that hard. Protien shake and bars. You can get Grilled Chicken at almost all restaurants. I know when the Rock stop at Waffle House in my city, after a show about 100 in the morning, all he had was 12 egg whites and 2 pieces of wheat toast.

Who knows, we can only speculate. I imagine they drink a lot of protein shakes and eat a lot of protein bars. Plus at the arena's they can probably get whatever they want from catering.A few bodybuilding stats

I helped a guy gain 1/4" on his biceps with 1 workout, and it was definatly volume training
eat that you buncha HIT nazi's
(also helped Jesin gain 6/10 " and Q gained 1/10th", also DoctorX2k2 gained 1/4")
