    Members journals

Just thought it would be a good idea to organise the journals for this section so that they can be linked too from here....

This board (which was just created thanks to Ryan) is for all of the Sports members to post their workouts on to recieve critique

    Some basic rules.

    1) If you have a question ABOUT SPORTS TRAINING, post it on the main board

    2) Please primarily try to only post your workouts, and dont create nonsense threads.. it makes it alot easier to read the workouts, and keep up with them.

    3) Keep the flaming to a minimum. We usually dont have a problem with this here, because we have mostly responsible people posting here, so this shouldnt be much of an issue.

    4) Critique everyones workouts that you can! The most critique you get, the better you can improve. If you see something blatantly wrong with the workout(in your opinion) say it. Maybe they'll agree with you.

So there arent that many rules.. so we should have no problems

    Training Logs

    Odan training log

    JCASH training log

    Person's Training Log

    Crazymo's training log

    Tman55 hockey Training Log

I see the lifting wheres the sport

    Where is the sport training.

    Such as like my journal

    Monday/Wed/Fri
90 min Weight training (Training Varys by every 3 weeks)
    30 min Yoga
2 hours Swimming Laps (all Strokes Training, but if needed can be single stroke training.)
    1 hour Running laps (1 mile comfortable run, 4 100 meter sprints non-stop, 4 50 meter sprints/Starts Training, 2 mile run/timed)
30 min Swimming starts and turns training
untimed cool down (pushups/armchange pushups, abs, yoga)
    Tuesday/Thursday
1 hour Weight training (Group muscle training)
3 hour Swimming Laps (Comfortable/form training)
    1 hour gymnastic training
After work - 10 mile bike ride
    Weekend Rest

This schedule changes all the time with the addition of different workouts and the extraction of another for compensation. Schedule changes durasticlly 3 months before any given competition. Diet changes for different training. Calories can change anywhere from 3600 to 6000. Protein stays at a steady 250 to 260 grams.

I was thinking of maybe having a resurgence of the training logs, possibly a thread for spring sports training logs. I know I am interested in what other people are doing for their sports.
