    Exclamation my ribs are showing.

Which muscle(s) must I build up to stop my ribs from showing, or is this just a bodybuild problem e.g. I need to put on more weight?

Please help, I hate my ribs showing, I weigh 165.2lbs.

    Cheers

    NK.

Work your serratus muscles doing overhead pulls? I think thats what its called. That way your ribs will have muscle over them. Mine look like they are another set of abs, I like em.

Oh, do you mean like 'Hanging Shrugs'? I'm not sure what they're called.

Are there any other ways, because I workout at home, so this woul be difficult.

I use dumbells and a weights bench, which can do chest, legs and also have this "butterfly attachment", can these be used in anyway to build the muscle required please?

    thanks for your help,

    NK.

I've just read I can do the "military press" to build these muscles! So I can use a barbell. Any dangers of lifting it above your head?

Just don't drop it on your head hah. Hanging shrugs, haven't heard of them =p. I'm thinking about the one where you lie down on a bench and you have a bar. Sort of like the tricep extension except use wide grip and don't bend your elbows. It can also be done with dumbells.

Butterfly would also do the trick.
