    late night snacks...

you all know it's tough to totally not eat after getting home later at night after work or whatever...so what do you suggest is the best thing to eat if you get hungry, cuz i've heard the theory about the food not being able to properly digest when your sleeping therefore turning into fat

That's not really the case... if you eat excess high-GI carbs it might be turned into fat, but most people on here go out of their way to eat a meal before bed. Think about it - you're not going to be getting any nutrients for 7 or 8 hours; you want to get something in you before you do that. Usually, meals before bed consist of a slow-digesting protein and some healthy fats, for example a serving of cottage cheese with some natural peanut butter. Others prefer a protein blend, but it's all doing the same thing.
not big yet... but im gonna get there
the battle of the doggpound has begun
