ok basically i realised a while ago your supposed to bulk up on creatine caps and then maintain the creatine in your body this is something i did not do.
i take 3 creatine caps before and 3 after training (700mg caps), been doing this for 2 and a half months now and i train 3-4 times a week.
should i carry on taking 3 before and after training as directed on the tub or shall i bulk with it for a while?

is 4.2 g a small or adequate amount to be taking considering i only take it every other day when i train?
what im thinking of doing is carry on taking it like i am till the end on this month and then stop taking it in febuary.
then i can start again in march and this time bulk at the start. what you guys reckon? should i just start bulking with it now?

What you are calling "bulking" creatine is refered to as loading. It isn't beneficial at all. As for dosage, take 5g/day every day post wo or anytime when off.

one last question, i understand from the posts above you have to do cycles of creatine and then leave a gap, but should i do this now or stay on the creatine and this time do it properley?
ive basically been taking close to the recommended dosagfe but not everyday just on training days, so give it 3 weeks or start the cycle?
