    Talking Most neglected muscle

What do you think is the most commonly forgotten or least trained muscle? I would definately say hamstrings or rear delts. I mean, how many threads do you see with a question regarding hamstrings. Personally, I usually only have time for like 5 sets tops for hammies.
    Some lifts...

    Barbell bench 225 x 5, 245 x 1
    Incline dumbell bench 80s x 8, 85s x 6
    Dumbell bench press 85s x 8, 95s x 4
    Hammer curl 50s x 6, 60s x 2
    Dumbell shoulder press 65s x 8, 70s x 5
    Deadlift 315 x 7, 365 x 3
    Squat 225 x 8, 275 x 2 terrible I know
    Barbell row 185 x 6, Smith 225 x 6
    Millitary Press 135 x 4, 145 x 1

    Age 19
    Height 6'0"
    Weight 194 lbs.
    Bodyfat 14%
    Chest 46"
    Calves 15.5"
    Quads 24"
    Arms 15.5"
    Waist 34"

I would say a tie between hammies and tri's. If you are a newbie that is. Cause u always get the gys who work there beach muscle. i.e: Chest, abs and Biceps. And then the people who dont train legs at alll.
The desire to attain "perfection" is a mental poison. Perfection is a fictitious concept, there is only improvement. Therein lies the challenge, therein lies the fun.

Obsession is the word the lazy use to describe the DEDICATED

Commitment isn't the time you spend, It's the line you cross.

I live in the shadow, in the darkness, in a place few will ever see.....Where ugliness becomes beautiful.

I would probably say forearms, traps, and lower back. I myself fall victim to the lower back...I never work it that often.

Being all that I can be is simply not good enough. I will be better.

Body building is 40% lifting, 40% diet and 40% sleep. And it's always going to be 120% dedication.

Power lifters eat to help them lift.
Body Builders lift to help them eat.

If we're talking about the teen board, then I would say Legs in general. If we're talking about newbies, then I'd say triceps. But if we're talking about seasoned bodybuilders so to speak, then probably forearms are the most neglected.

I do deadlift occasionally (i've begun to throw them in there), just not with the usual football program our coach makes us do. Deadlifts aren't part of it for some reason or other (maybe cuz we can do cleans or whatever). Once I heard that deadlifts are great for building lower back, I'll throw them in when at home or at the AOL gym.

Hams and Forearms are at least worked indirectly, calves really aren't at all.

Since squats are painful, I'm going to have to go with legs in general. They're no fun to train (IMO), but you must for good overall growth. There are some people at my gym (and I'm sure at yours too) who, if they decided to squat one day, you'd faint.

I believe that back-thickness exercises such as Bent Over Barbell Rows cover the rear delts well enough for most so I wouldn't say they are one of the most neglected muscles. That is, unless they don't even train back at all. Back to the subject, most neglected muscles are, not necessarily in order:
    legs in general
    lower back
