    small guy but I'm develop a bigger stomach?

    I don't know if its me or not but my stomach seems to look bigger now. I'm trying to eat more and I don't play sports like I use to and I think my stomach is getting bigger for the first time in my life!!

    How do I keep my stomach tight when I'm not suppose to do cardio.

    try eating less...if you're noticing your stomach growing, it's probably because you are getting enough nutrients to grow, and then getting extra. Or you can not be eating frequently enough, which is messing with your metabolism a little. Peace

    Bump. Your stomach is getting bigger not necessarily because of fat, but because your stomach is actually expanding. This is what happens to alot of pros that have distended midsections. It's not always from GH.

    see when food enters your stomache, it expands, thus your question is answered.

    well after looking at it closely it seems like at have a bigger stomach because it sticks out farther than my chest. The thing is my actually stomach barely goes an inch out from my ribcage. So I don't have that much body fat. I want to lose the fat over my stomach while still gaining weight. Is this possible?
