Creatine & water weight??

Hey all,

I was thinking about taking some creatine to get some size for the summer.

So, my question is will creatine cover up my veins as a result of gaining some water weight? I want to lose some BF and get a tad bit bigger too, but I want to keep my veins and cuts showing.

any advice??

green mag is a good creatine with no water weight gain. And if you like veins maybe pick up a NO2 product.

If you're lean enough it's not gonna make a tremendous amount of difference man. But yeah, find a creatine that has little to no known water retention side effects if you're worried.

Your muscles would be holding all the water weight, and your veins would be ontop of your muscles. So if anything creatine would make your veins stick out even more.

I gain 8 to 10 pounds of water weight, no matter what creatine im on... its just how I react to it. But the muscle growth payoff is well worth it
