I just for the second time actually used milk for my protein shake. It was so freaking awesome. I was wondering if I could mix it, then put it in the freezer, and let it get real chilly. It would be awesome, but would this be okay for it?

Oh duh, lol. I forgot I could just wait to add the powder. I don't have a blender to crush up the ice, too bad, that would be like a milkshake
