    How to get the separated chest like this?

    Is there an exercise for this? And what routine ? Or it is all genetics????

    Its more of a genetic thing, some people have a really isolated chest, others have more of a closer mixed typed.

    Im not saying you'll never get separation in the chest, Im saying to the degree of which the separation is clearly outlines will it be based mostly on genetics .

    It will also help to have a decently low bodyfat %. I'm not saying that you WILL get it with low % or that you CAN'T have it unless you do have low %, but it will be a little bit easier to see that way. Just wanted to throw that in there

    i always thought a well rounded muscular chest with very low bf would do the trick, at least for me it does.

    These are the main pressing movements you want to stick with for building up your chest, and after you've aquired good mass in your chest you can start adding in chest isolation exercises or you could do em now too. I mean exercises like flyes with dumbbells, machines, and cables.

    Close grip bench presses are mainly for your triceps.

    The chest separation may have to do with genetics... I'm not positive about that though. I know that if you've got developed pec muscles with low body fat you will see separation between them.

    So, to some it all up for ya... build your chest up for a year and then cut... you'll see some separation when flexed if you cut below 10% body fat. You'd probably need to cut below 6% bf to see separation without flexing. Good luck, buddy.

    i have a chest like that and to be honest they or it only looks good not flexed. when i flex it separates too far and there is alot of bone. but non flexed they look pretty good. it also sort of takes away from the overall size.
    On BB.com, you can: be a pedophile, talk about beating women, be a bigot, racist, constantly flame and call people all manners of names and phaggots, post half-naked women 24/7, threaten people IRL, etc.

    But making fun of some dead celebrity will get you banned. Go figure.

    i agree when i trained my chest alot and flexed my pecs it looked like i had boobs not pecs.
