Alright, i've been boxing here and there for a few months now. I'm starting to crack down now and work out on a consistent basis.
My question is, over time, will i develop stronger shoulders and arms, with more bulk? I realize they may not be define but i'm hoping they'll grow in inches.
I'm currently doing 5-3min rounds every night. I'm not doing any other real weight training at the moment, other than using an 8 lb medicine ball a few times a week.
