After you workout a specific area like biceps or triceps the days following it my muscle swells does this happen to anyone else and how long does it usually last?

If your muscles arent sore and don't feel the burn then you aren't isolating the specific muscle, you are either useing weight that is too light for a chick or either too much weight which means your body will bring in other muscle groups to help lift the weight.
Isolation is the Key.Everyday you have to test yourself. If not, then it's a wasted day.
Weightlifting isn't about out-doing others, It's about out-doing ourselves.

maybe you are talking about the pump, kinda like swelled up. My pumps last for a half hour after Im doing working out. I think, not really sure, you get used to the feeling and don't realize when its gone.

Sorness does not mean ANYTHING (meaning it does not mean that the muscle group was worked hard or not). if you wanna know that u've worked your muscles good>> then see if u gained anything on the next workout (reps, more weight). and you can be the judge, can you walk right out of the gym after a leg day, yes>> you are a pussy bbuilder . no>> you've done your job

He's talking about the swelling of muscles from being sore. Case in point, right now my legs are quite swollen because they're so sore from my leg workout on Friday. It's not a pump; they're just... swollen is the best word I can think of. And for me it usually lasts until my muscle isn't sore anymore.
