Hey I read somewhere that youre not supposed to shake Creatine Mono (like in a shaker bottle) because it breaks down into creatinine faster or something along those lines. Instead youre supposed to stir it with a spoon? I dont know how I should feel about this. Your thoughts?

I thought the reason for it was leaving in water for too long?
