Exercises to AVOID
Henry Rollins
It took me years to fully appreciate the value of the lessons I have learned from the Iron... I learned that nothing good comes without work and a certain amount of pain. When I finish a set that leaves me shaking, I know more about myself. When something gets bad, I know it can't be as bad as that workout.

I think
as you put more weight on those behind the neck shoulder presses and you try a weight you haven't tried before, form might become an issue (you won't be able to stick to correct form) and that's when you'll make a mistake (wrong movement) that will cause you shoulder damage. Just what I think.

Upright rows, anything Behind the neck, and Hack Squats (I just doesn't feel right)
If you wind up with a boring, miserable life because you listened to your
mom, your dad, your teacher, your priest or some guy on TV telling you how to
do your ****, then YOU DESERVE IT.

gymrat,
Tell me how your shoulders feel in a couple years and how your progress is coming along since you won't be having any if you continue behind the neck presses.
