incase u havent noticed i am about 5'8"-5'9" and im only 142 lbs! if i lose any more fat i usually become very sick and become weak! during wrestling season about 3 months ago i was around 135 lbs. and i was only 5'7" then and since then i have worked out my abs and arms and legs and put on 7 lbs of muscle! im just wondering wat some of u r doing for ur ab excercises and wat ur ab excercise routines are like!

hanging leg raises are great for the 6 pac. I started out only being able to do bent leg raises, and now ive built my abs up to single straight legged hanging leg raises and i feel the burn every time.
But I have 9-10% bodyfat with good abs too but in order to get the ultimate 6 pac you need to get down to 7% BF.

oooooo ya
just to elt u know incase u havent notice there is a search function! and if u do search hard enough about abdominal muscles u will learn that everyone has a 6 pac but only the 8 pac is hereditary and genetic! im pretty sure i got it but w/e ill try hard to get it! my top pair of abs are the hardest but they r the least visible, r they harder to develop?

Wow you must have not noticed that there is one either. This topic has been beaten to death on this forum, bodybuilding.com, and almost every other BB'ing site out there. Yet you still managed to ask the same question when the answers are all around you when you use the search function. I'm not one to flame or start arguements but practice what you preach.

You know bro, if your at 9% and you can't see abs, that means that they aren't built up enough (probably along with the rest of your body) for them to show. I suggest you bulk up for a while and concentrate on compound movements whilst training your abs hard and heavy 1-2 times a week like every other muscle. Worry about getting them to show in another 6 months to a year.
