Very nice progress. It seems like you're much more vascular now, too. You're already looking fairly lean so it shouldn't be too hard for you to get shredded. Once you do, put up some pics.

Thanks for the comments. I gained 22 pounds. I actually put on a little layer of fat, but it's not really noticeable because I was taking supplements that really filled me out.

Thanks again for the comments. It's hard to write down my routine because it's completley different week to week. There's a mix of low rep, high rep, drop sets, giant sets.
My diet is really clean. 8 meals a day. Alot of protein, over 500g a day. Alot of red meat and eggs. I also drink about 3 litres of milk daily. Carbs only consist of rice cakes and shredded wheat.
