    how do you get your protein in the morning?

    I'm getting sick of eggs. the whites make me feel sick. I'm thinkin bout switching to turkey breast slices. Anybody else sick of eggs? or maybe some turkey patties or links would be a good change

    I do eat egg whites quite frequently...... Sometimes I switch it up with a shake, tho. And then last Saturday I had a bowl of oatmeal with a chicken breast. Anything with protein will do ya. Just switch it up and keep it fresh

    I love eggs!! You can cook em salty, sweet, sour, whatever the hell you want.

    My favorites are:

    eggs with tuna (maybe oatmeal)= pancake

    eggs with oatmeal, FF CC, pb....sweeeett

    eggs in chicken stirfry...

    eggs in any stirfry (fried rice?)

    eggs in microwave= scrambled but in one piece when done, then put that in a sandwich....mmmhmmm

    My favorite breakfast would be - 1 cup oats/1 cup skim milk/1 scoop whey
    555/7.5/81/42, i would have eggs, but i like my diet to be very convienent and easy to make. Nothing beats oats in the morning, especially with 2 packets splenda, cinnamin,raisens, and sugar free (smuckers) syrup!

    I hate egg whites by themselves, so I use 1-2 whole eggs + 5-6 egg whites and add some tobasco to the mix before I cook them. Having at least 1 yolk keeps the taste of a regular egg.

    My typical breakfast is

    2 whole eggs + 5 egg whites
    1/2 cup oats with 1/2 cup mixed berries and some cocoa powder
    2 slices whole wheat toast w/cinnamon

    about 520 calories, 43g protein, 54g carbs, 8g fat (almost all unsaturated)
