Hey everyone, I am right now trying to gain 20-30 lbs for the upcoming football season. I am on a great lifting and conditioning program, doing alot of supplimentation, but where I think I am lacking right now is the nutrition side of things. So I was wondering if anyone, who as done this or something similar could give me thier eating regamin, what, when and how much, that would be really great. Just for reference I am taking NOX-CG3, NitroTec Hardcore protein shakes, I have 2 or 3 protien bars a day, animal pac, and a testosterone booster. Thanks alot.
