    Tyler Durden style..My diet is outstanding and my exercise is marvelous..I lift weights 4-5 times and do intense cardio after...

    My basic diet is..

    meal 1- 6 eggs ( no yolks), banana and bowl cream of wheat with honey...

    meal 2- 100% whey protein shake (water) and grapes...

    meal 3- two chicken breast tacos ( lettuce and taco bell hot sauce on whole wheat tortillas).. whole brown rice (soy sauce) a sometimes brocolli and carrots...

    or pizza...lean turkey,fat free cheese on whole wheat pita.. and an orange..

    meal 4-apple and spoons full of natural skippy peanut butter and grapes or an orange...

    meal 5-post workout whey shake (water) and banana and table spoon of honey...

    meal 6- chicken wrap and grapes and carrots...

    And cups of green tea through out the day...

    im lifting weights 5 days a week and doing HIIT 2-3 days after weights....

    I want to lower my body fat...ideally brad pitt in fight club and troy...

    I would fix the following:
    -soy sauce is REALLY high in sodium
    -no pizza
    -skippy? or natural? skippy's isn't natural unless I dont know about something
    -try some cottage cheese for meal 6
    -perhaps throw in a cup or two of milk with the meals (skim)

    You look to be lean already. May I ask why so much fruit though?

    - Ill give up the soy sauce
    -whats wrong with the pizza?...its whole wheat...lean turkey and fat free cheese...
    -yes..skippy has natural PB...
    -Ive never tryed cottage chesse...I dont think i will like it
