on a friday night i ussally smoke a zute or 2 (cannabis for ppl who don't know) i also smoke about 10-15 a day (ciggeretes) and drink occasionally, will this affect my gains much or not.

obvisouly its going to effect your gains its going to effect your cardivascualr system to the point where you will be sucking air during workouts that you shouldent be
plus smoking cigs is a dirty habbit

na its really not gonna do eny major damage... smoking the weed isnt really gonna effect ur gains but alcohol dehydrates you and limits the amonth of creatine and protien you body will get.. so before and after, and the morning after u go out mix ya self up a nice shake with bulk creatine n protien... and make sure you drink alot of water!!
its what ive been doing for like the last 3 months and i dont think ive lost much much from having a good nite hey..
and even if it does effect my gains a life without excitment isnt a life worth livingOnly getting bigger!
