try some garlic powder and salt free seasoning. Stir it with egg whites when you cook your brown rice and add some peas. To give it some flavor. BBQ is bad for you tons of sugar!!!

usually cook it in low fat, low sodium chicken or beef broth. Sometimes will throw in some tomato paste and hot sauce while its cooking.

hot lime pickle finely chopped and mixed into brown rice perks it right up. Turmeric or curry powder is nice, too.

A mix of veggies actually does well to infuse the rice with flavour. I routinely mix chicken breasts + brown rice + green, red & yellow bell peppers + chopped beef tomatoes + freshly ground black pepper in a tupperware and it tastes awesome.

Veggies have flavorful juices... eat your veggies.

i add the sweet chili sauce... the kind u find in the Oriental Foods Section of the stores.... its pretty sweet, and has sugar, so just use a few tsp. and its still uber healthy...... or you can just use the hot chili sauce which has basically nothing but sodium... only a few calores... 5 or so.... its awesome...

get a rice cooker from Costco's or samsclub for just $30... they're amazing..

    i use gravy.

when having chicken breasts and rice, i shred the chicken, mix it with brown rice, and then add gravy, makes it kinda like a soup. no dryness.

I only really have rice when I have something in a sauce - curry, chilli, tai curry, stir fry veg. Otherwise I go for sweet potato with some 'pretend' 10kcal/tbsp mayo (doesn't have a load of crap in it though).

Some honey mustard. I usually eat my brown rice with a can of chicken dumped on it. Mix up the chicken and rice, and then drops some honey mustard on it, then mix it up again.
