first time planning keto, kinda afraid gaining weight :\
anyhow
weight: 150lbs
Protein: 150g (600 calories)
Fat: 86g (774 calories)
Carbs: 30g (120 calories)
anything i should change before making the menu?
and a few other questions:
1) can i get those 30g of carbs from the values of the cocumbers i'm going to eat in about 4meals? (8 medium cocumbers) or i should not consider the cocumbers and the lettuce i will consume during the day as carbs?
2) my mom buys those chicken burgers from the supermarket , and per 100g i get : 15g protein, 0.8g carbs, 8g fats
and there is another product which contains per 100g: 15g protein, 20g fats
is it okay to consider this as my protein and fats throughout the day? and add some more protein from tuna in oil ?
3) is it okay using Met-RX's Protein Plus as my postworkout shake?
