    Is it okay to eat 2 hard boiled eggs a day even if it fits in my fat requirement for the day? Or should I just stick to one.

    fat=energy

    dietary fat=energy, by eating it you cannot directly become fat, 2 or 1 or 5 or 200, if it fits within ur calories needs you'll be fine, balance between carbs protein fat is the key. Calories are the final word.
