Ok just about everyone knows that 50 sets of curls is not going to get you anywhere... but is it because it fatigues the muscle? Or the CNS? Or both? And how does that work exactlty?

buy constantly lifting, not the 50 reps example, but real workouts you break down the muscle group you work. by repeating that process repedidly you hinder the body to rebuild that muscle.
you grow while you sleep remember. with a hardcore workout, the healing process takes up to four-six days to rebuild the muscle completely. thats why pro lifters only work a muscle group once a week
but lee priest says theres no over training, just under eating. but his off season pictures he looks bloated to hell
