Am I strong enough yet?
Hey guys, I'm new here, don't post a lot but read enough...
I'm 22, 5'4, 170lbs, getting suprisingly pretty lean...went from 150 to 175 in 3 months, 25lbs of muscle--now starting to cut. Everybody here seems so strong, i envy a lot of you! I'm wondering with my stats and my height and weight, just an opinion, am I getting strong enough?
Max bench: 275
Deadlift: 300x3
Squat: 315lbs...almost all the way down to parallel...6 times.
I know numbers don't matter, but I would really like an ego booster...life outside the gym is pretty rough for me, and I could go for some motivation from my friends here on bb.com
