Hehe, thanks bro, greatly appreciated. Yes, there is a test like that in the NFL. It is called the Combine test i believe. Thats pretty bad for a man who weighs 300 lbs, i only weigh 189-190 lbs at the moment.

From my understanding of PL form the glutes must be on the bench, I did not see that from the vid I watched and if you disagree so be it.
In someways I think PL has been almost as corrupted as BBing, that is perhaps why I will never compete in either.
BTW, I hit 305 at 165 without any arch in my back a couple years ago.
I guess your right.. lift to be healthy!

After making yourself look stupid in this thread, and getting people to hate you in your narc thread, I think you should give your brain a rest and chill with the posting for awhile.
Thanks bro, but all i have to say is look at the link to the pic of my bench. It can cause an optical illusion, i know my ass was on the bench, i could feel it tightly pressed against the bench , and my form was near perfect except for the fact that i wasn't tucking my elbows enough, so im not realy worried about what this dude thinks. After reading that stupid narc thread, he gives me a good laugh. A little pot never hurt anybody.Last edited by PainThriller; 01-15-2004 at 04:54 PM.

To the people talkin about pain's bench.
I went it through with him just yesterday and his ass IS on the bench.
As he said, his bench is different which can create confusion.
And even if he didn't, even doing that weight while cheating for 16 reps is impressive (not saying he did, the lift was correct and would have counted). It's not as hard as you think it is.
Educate yourself, but stop thinking too much...
