So I have a very toned body. Very cut six pack, nice size chest, and large arms, but for some reason my arms just arent very toned like the rest of my body. Unless i flex my bicep or tricep, you cant really see any definition its kind of two lines, but when i flex it you can definetley see it. I was thinking of cutting but there is no reason too except just to tone down my arms. I have tried very high reps and so forth but it doesnt seem to be doing much, my arms just keep getting bigger and I dont want them to. Right now im taking fish oil cuse i think that might help out, but any other suggestions workout wise? I am also on a very good diet so i dont think thats the problem.

it's genetics. you're the opposite of me.
my torso isn't as toned but my arms are very toned...and when i lost a lot of weight, my torso stayed untoned while my arms got even more toned. lol
don't listen to the people saying more reps..it won't do anything, and machines are good for nothing compared to freeweights

You might have to start hitting smaller muscles. Try exercises that target specific areas of your arms; exercises that you most likely haven't done before.
It's worth a shot, even if it is just genetics."A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step."
