Hi all
I used to be a regular at the forum, but about 4 months ago I had its not a tumor but a growth on the base of my head where your neck and head connect, well i went in for surgery thinking it was going to be simple but something went wrong so they had to put me in an induced coma for 3 months, I realy don't know why but that is in the past.
Thats not my problem though after I woke up from the coma, I lost all the muscle I had and gained 15-20 lbs of fat since I could not do anything, i was fed intevernisly a tube to my stomach, the doctors said i could lift weights but not do cardio work, and i was wondering what kind of meal would you suggest for a person who is trying to lose weight with out cardio, and how long do you think its going to take for me to return to the stage where i was.
This is my curent meal plan.
Breakfast: 5 egg whites 1 yolk, 300 ml skim milk, and half a loaf of bread
Post work out 12:00: can of Tuna, apple and bottle of juice.
3:00 : Usually a large chicken breast with salad
6:00 : Another can of tuna with apple and juice
9:00: 250 ml cottage cheese and salad
Plz tell me what you think of it, and please give me suggestions

I would change the bread to oatmeal.
Do you not like to use supps? If you are willing a whey shake post-workout could do alot of good.
How much do you weigh?
You say you were competitive? For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.

The reson they put me in the coma is to because when they removed the growth they nicked I dont kno what it is part of my spine, but they nicked it, and to be on the safe side they put me in the coma so no further damage can be done from movement or something like that.

do 8 to 12 reps raise reps to burn more cals also to increase str. Do legs also dont exclude them legs burn alot of calories. Your diet is good though. Also if you can afford it eat every 2 hours keep calories low and not as much carbs. The more frequent you eat the more you raise your metabolism.

surgery was worth it .... one of my good friends took a shower on a hot sumer day... slipped , hit his neck on the faucet in the shower ( it was a tub shower ) .... got really tired ( didn't tell his mom what happened) , went to go to sleep ... when his little brother went to go wake him up for dinner a hour later he wasn't breathing... they found out through the awtopsi (spelling?!) that he died because he had a tumor right where yours was... died very shortly before his 14th birthday

An egg white is the white part of an egg (everything apart from the yolk (the yellow part)). It takes a very skilled chef do seperate the yolk and the white lol. Well I think it does.[b]everyone knows my password, keeps posting fake ****
