Creatine ?
Whats a good pair of creatine products thats similar to no-xplode and cell mass, but not quite as pricey. I love the BSN stuff but it kills the bank account.

Syntrax Swole and Nitrous COMBO from syntrax is a great powder replacement and the price is great too!
Controlled labs green bulge or green mag and white blood is great too for a capsule product.

Probably because no-xplode is a powder, and more comparable to white flood in this regard

check out Giant Nutrition Creatine-NO. it's basically an no-xplode with the right amounts of the right ingredients minus all the crap:
creatine monohydrate - 5g
citrulline malate - 3g
A-AKG - 2g
O-AKG - 2g
caffeine - 200mg
30 servings for $25 and it tastes like country time lemonade

Good info guys. I had a quick question since im somewhat in the same situation as the OP.
currently i just started using no-xplode and maybe im taking it inncorrectly (too much misc posting) but i have felt zero effect from it.
i've never taken a creatine type product before and kinda expected to feel the "burst of energy" i hear so much associated with no-xplode.
My question: if i were to cycle off, then on to a controled labs product, should i expect the same results as i end up seeing/feeling with bsn?

me too. I only just started to take it. perhaps that has something to do with it.?
I took 3 scoops of no-xplode 45 minutes before workout, like directed on the label. and a protien shake about 5 minutes before workout.
is that incorrect?

1) Try taking the protein shake earlier... like 90min pre
2) Drink plenty of water during training (don't force it, just have a water bottle with you)
