first time pulling in 2 months and pulled 410 no problem. tried 430 but couldn't lock it out.

raw bench..paused, etc. should be 250-265. not sure on squat yet as i haven't maxed without knee wraps. will try soon.

so i competed my first powerlifting meet at the CPF Canadian Raw Amateur Championships today and was 15lbs from taking first.
i squatted 336 something, benched 253 something (benched 270 but they said i rushed the press command...so disappointing as i thought i had it) and pulled 440. i set a canadian record for deadlift by almost 40lbs
i lifted in the 165 class...had to sauna/cold shower for 40 minutes to make weight lol.

i'll post pics and video as i get them.

nice work, really sucks for the 270 bench. That what made the difference between 2nd and first i gues :S

counting the 270, 5lb PR

dead (2:55):

440...30lb PR
