HELLO :) new to the forum - my introduction

Just thought I would introduce myself -

My name is Angela and I am 24 years old. My goal is to lose body fat and get lean and toned. I am at 26% BF right now and my goal is to get to 18%. I am 5'8 and presently weigh 158. My target weight is around 145 (where I believe I can be while being 18%bf)

My workout usually consists of lifting free weights three days a week, cardio three days a week and i'm in the process of adding more because that just isn't enough to get the fat to come off! I do HIIT a couple times a week.

Around December I was weighing in at 150, but i don't think I was eating enough nor was I building muscle. Since I have raised my calories a little and have increased weight training, I can tell I am putting more muscle on - now I am just looking for a balance to get rid of the fat too.

I eat fairly clean - 5-6 meals per day, about a 50/30/20 split (carb/pro/fat) I usually have one cheat day per week and am contemplating changing that to just one cheat meal per week.

I am married, work full time and about to graduate this May. Having classes throughout the weekends for the past two years has really skrewed up my schedule sometimes because I didnt feel like working out after sitting in class all weekend. The potlucks we had almost every weekend didn't help either!

I am looking forward to seeing what has worked for other people in becoming successful. What balance of exercise (weight training and casrdio) worked for you and how have you managed nutrition. Do you take any supplements?
I just ordered CLA and am going to start taking that next week.

Thanks for letting me introduce myself I look forward to getting to know everyone here too
