I'm so confused by all this diet and workout strategies for cutting! Why is it so difficult!
I maintain a 4-day workout cycle (Chest-Tri, Back-Bi, Shoulders, Legs) with a total of 7 exercises each day with 8-10 reps per set, for 3 sets. What to do for cardio? and when since I'm also doing lifting? I tried doing 3 miles every other day and its done nothing!
I can't figure this diet out at all. I eat my weight in lbs of protein every day. Carbs, no clue how to manage. People say on days you have to workout, eat right before. And on days off, eat right in the morning. But how am I supposed to avoid carbs the rest of the day? There's carbs in everything!
Ugh so confused, please help
