Don't know enough about cardio in the morning to comment but doing an ab workout to burn calories is a bit pointless. They should be incorporated into the rest of your workout schedule. Ab workout = gain muscle = burn more calories because of the increased muscle mass.

wow, great inspiration for short time progress. nice site and phography too. i'm a part time photographer and recognize one of the nude models aiko - one of the coolest gals. i'm curious if you lost any strength. i'm in a bulking phase but also want to maintain my strength.

Great job... couple questions...
Hi Viper:
Outstanding work. One of the most motivational threads I've ever seen.
I have a couple questions for you:
#1: I've reviewed the entire thread and it appears that you only had two carb-up days throughout the entire 30 days. Is this correct?
#2: You said...
Realistically I think I lost about 8 lbs of fat, 6 lbs of muscle, and 3 lbs of water. I think 2 lbs of fat a week is about the maaximum a person my size can lose.
So I'm wondering if you actually lost more than 3lbs of water weight... and maybe spared a few pounds of muscle? What do you think?
Thanks,
Poop

Yeah, now that I think of it, it was probable more water than I initially suspected, because my strength only went down a little. Maybe more like 6 lbs of water and 3 lbs of muscle.
I was on lots of BCAA's and kept my cardio pretty low paced , so muscle loss should not have been too great, even at that high of a deficit.

Well, I didn't really have any cheat days or meals per se, but I did have carbup days where I was getting alot of the things I wouldn't normally eat. But those things were just cereal, Oatmeal, and High carb items.
Most of the time my carbup days are really low fat so eting Pizza, or nachos or cake even, was not really an option.
It was pretty much a super strict 30 days. It was hell, but it got the job done.

I'm thinking of taking some BCAA supplement. Is this one good?

Any problems with any loose skin after the weight drop...
