    that health from the sun fish oil looks pretty good. It has 850mg of EPA and 560mg of DHA per tsp (5mL) and 47 servings. I was considering Natural Factors RxOmega which has 400mg of EPA and 200mg of DHA per capsule and they sell it where I work at for $15 for a 120 capsule bottle.

    Is it worth take taking fish oil as well as Flax?

    or 1 or the other is good enough..
