    Wholemeal Bread

I got a question about this stuff, it seems to be a pretty good alternative to a bit of brown rice as it is much quicker to 'prepare' (shove it in the toaster) and it seems to have pretty good nutritional benefits, slow burning carbs, around 90 calories a slice, low amounts of fat. So I was wondering if it is a good idea or not to have around 1 or 2 slices of wholemeal bread a day, as there might be some bad sides to it Im not seeing, thanks for any help.

I prefer the unsprouted grain stuff, but wholemeal is ok. But I am not a fan of bread in general.

As long as it fits into your daily cals/macros, go for it.
