Ok, I will try and make this as easy to understand as possible...but most likely....
My shoulders always pops(well lately it seems like the pop moved from the front of my shoulders to almost by my shoulder blades). I am almost positive it was caused from a time span when I pretty much stopped working out and when I did I was dumb enough just to do arms and chest. I didn't do anything else. I think maybe I developed a muscle imbalance.
But for like the last six months or so I have been working the all muscle groups. My split is
Mon: Chest,tris
Wed: Back, Bis
Fri: Legs, shoulders
After doing this routine for a while(like I stated earlier) the pop moved from the front of my shoulders to almost by my shoulder blades. I don't think it is a tear because it isn't painful. My shoulders just feel brittle. I have also lost some strength. Wierd thing is doing anything where shoulders get work(bench, skull crushers.....) My shoulder tires before the group of muscles I am working on.
I have tried just taking four weeks off all together...does not do anything. I would go see a doctor if I had insurance...but at this time I do not. What do you think is wrong? Do you need to know any more info to understand what I am talking about? What can I do to try and fix this?
