I am doing the whole high calorie thing because I think my metoblism may be fast and I have noticed some serious muscle growth since I ate big and lifted heavy. And a lot more energy too.

protein shake + 1/2 bagel + tsp cream cheese

protein shake + banana

2 eggs + 2 slices whole wheat bread

meal six(pre bed)
1/2 cup cottage cheese + tbsp almond butter + slice rye bread

TOTAL: 2,805 calories consumed
