    Okay first off, my names Ashley. I was advised to make a log because I am going to be clean bulking for a year.

    My stats are:
    age:21
    height:5"6
    weight:113-115 (varies)
    bodyfat:15%

    Note* Im a girl, just so you know!

    I am doing the whole high calorie thing because I think my metoblism may be fast and I have noticed some serious muscle growth since I ate big and lifted heavy. And a lot more energy too.

    Today I ate

    meal one
    protein pancakes
    500 calories

    meal two(pre workout)
    protein shake + 1/2 bagel + tsp cream cheese
    415 calories

    meal three(post workout)
    protein shake + banana
    380 calories

    meal four
    2 eggs + 2 slices whole wheat bread
    700 calories

    meal five
    Protein pancakes
    500 calories

    meal six(pre bed)
    1/2 cup cottage cheese + tbsp almond butter + slice rye bread
    310 calories


    TOTAL: 2,805 calories consumed

    Workout

    Triceps & Chest

    tricep pull downs - 30 lb 3x10 to fail
    skull crushers - 15 lb 3x10 to fail
    dips - 50 lb 3x10 to fail
    incline chest press - 20 lb 3x10
    bench press - just the bar(40 lb) 3x10
    machine chest press - 50 lb 3x10
    cabels(chest) - 10 lb 3x10 to fail

    cardio - 60 min walking

    Any critiques would be greatly appreciated.

    1/2 whole wheat bagel

    Egg + cheese + ham omlette on 2 slices whole wheat bread
    tbsp olive oil
    560 calories

    Meal 5
    1/2 cup cottage cheese + 30 almonds
    290 calories

    meal 6
    1 slice rye bread + tbsp almond butter + yogurt
    330 calories

    2,495 calories consumed total


    Tomorrow for activity:
    1 hour, boxing
    20 minutes, walking

    Tomorrow is my rest day for weights.
