    SUPER FOOD: blackstrap molasses

    I have two tablespoons of the stuff on on an empty stomach in the morning 1 hour before eating for best absorbation.

    It dosen't taste to bad and you'll get used to it fast.

    waste of calories that can go elsewere imo.......ide rather eat some nice veggies then mindlessly scoff down some sugar, altho yes it has some nutrients
