every workout day, i try to pump myself up, get myself angry or do w/e will help me lift better..and..every time i start lifting something, my mind and body both get tired, and as hard as i try i cant get a solid workout in.
I eat 2600 cals a day, 250g carbs, 200g+ protein, 60 or so g fat and i have solid pre/post workout nutrition. I sleep 8 hours a night.
Anyone have any suggestions on how i can fix this problem or wake/pump myself up during and before my workout?
