    Lack Of Energy (help plz)

    every workout day, i try to pump myself up, get myself angry or do w/e will help me lift better..and..every time i start lifting something, my mind and body both get tired, and as hard as i try i cant get a solid workout in.

    I eat 2600 cals a day, 250g carbs, 200g+ protein, 60 or so g fat and i have solid pre/post workout nutrition. I sleep 8 hours a night.

    Anyone have any suggestions on how i can fix this problem or wake/pump myself up during and before my workout?

    i get that too sometimes dont fret dude. My reccomendation though is not to flip out and invest in in a pre workout sup.

    Too many people moan they had a few bad workut sessions and are looking for the new no explode/nitrix stack.

    Are u hydrating urself before/during the workout... thats crucial

    ZMA? I know it helps me get into a deeper more relaxing sleep. Try mad croc energy gum. Thats the only thing I use for my workouts and it keeps me going for a few hours.

    man i always eat a slow burning carb b4 hand and it keeps me going, like 40gms of carbs from oatmeal or something, i noticed an immediate difference in energy level and intensity

    trust me, you wouldnt...i gain fat pretty easily and im trying to keep it down...i dont wanna gain muscle just to lose it all in a cut.
