I like to use a special mixer cup or blender for my shakes. I am at college and it isn't practical to wash my stuff every time it is used so i just rinse it out. Often times it smells soo bad the next day i don't understand it.

liquids in room temp + protein is the perfect place for bacteria to grow. You're smelling bacteria infested water/milk (w/e is left over in the cup).
Do yourself a favor and wash that stuff after every use.Redskins | San Antonio Basketball Team | Washington Baseball Team | Washington Hockey Team
