If you're unexperienced with ephedrine, start off by taking it in the a.m. and see how you feel. Many people stack ephedrine with caffeine for a greater thermogenic effect and others add yohimbine hcl as well. The most popular times to take ephedrine is 30min prior to your three main meals; break, lunch and dinner...You can also take it about 30min prior to training. Do not exceed 100mg ephedrine daily and if you ever experience heart palpitations, loss of breath, dizzyness, stop taking ephedrine and rest (drink plenty of water too!)...Be careful, it can be a dangerous supplement if used carelessly
7-keto...I normally take 200-400mg daily, before my morning training and about 2hrs before my afternoon training...

Ephedrine/Caffeine, twice daily to start.. stick with 1:10 ratio, 20mg Ephedrine / 200mg Caffeine, give or take 4 or 5 mg's.
After about 1-2 weeks, you can try kicking it up to 3 times a day. Do not take after 4PM.
