How much size do you lose while cutting?

Aprox. how much size do you lose while cutting?

How much in the arms, the legs, upper torso, calves and waist too & weight?

Also very important how much time did you cut?

I have been on a 3 week serious annotated nutrition regimen fo 3 weeks now. Though I had started before but not as serious.

I noticed its much more useful to annotate everything... anyway...
December 6th I was like this:
    Weight: 223 lbs
    Arms: 16.15"
    Forearm: 14"
Upper leg: 26.5" (didn't annotate cuadriceps alone)
    Waist: 36"
Upper Torso:46"<-Couldn't measure it correctly by myself, I guess
    Calf: 15.5"

    Now, January 5th
    Weight: 213 lbs
    Arms: 15.6"
    Forearm: 13.5"
    Upper leg: 26.5"
    Waist: 34"
Upper Torso:46.5"<-Someone helped me this time
    Calf: 15.5"

i don't usually test bf% or take measurements but i don't really lose any signifigant strength when i cut, so i'm guessing i retain most of my size......

I think that by the rate of weight loss, and mass loss on arms and other body parts that your losing muscle mass pretty quickly.
Look at my sig, ive been losing at a little slower tempo than you have now and i didnt lose a mircoinch on my arms, legs, or anywhere except waist, butt, and chest(it was really fat).

I sugest you revize your cutting.

****... I weighed myself today in the morning...
    I'm at 208 lbs....
But I have to tell you this... I haven't seen much loss in strength, I think none, though I have in size... so I'm not completely sure if I'm losing muscle... I'm guessing that maybe my body tends to put fat storage in my arms?... what do you think?...

Just made an average BF by using 7 Different BodyFat Calculators Online... average was 11.05% BF... I'm guessing its much lower than before, I used to be like 14-17% BF, though I didn't use that many calculators.

Well, in the end if you think your not losing muscle, or too much of it, and if you think your bodyfatt indeed lost 5-6% in a few weeks, then thats all that matters.
If that is the case ill be pm-ing you for some cutting tips soon. Good luck .
