I agree that I like the feeling of sore legs the nest day but then when it is still there the next and so on it can get annoying. I find it amazing that in 1 hour of work can make it hard to walk for several days, makes cardio hard to do.

Perhaps a warm rlaxing bath? I've often found that southes away aches and pains ^^.
There are a few kinds of gym lifestyles. There are those that show up to do cardio, which could really be done for free, there are those who go to socialise and there are those who go to lift heavy weights. There are however 2 almost opposing lifestyles which seemlessly meet at the gym. They are the 'pretty boy' lifestyle and the 'bodybuilder' lifestyle.

The PRETTY BOY has a yoghurt an hour before going to the gym. He uses the rowing machine and does 30 reps. He does some jogging then goes home, eating some low fat yoghurt, celery and maybe some crackers before going to bed.

The BODYBUILDER has a litre of milk mixed with protein powder before he goes to the gym. He busts his gut lifting almost non stop for an hour, then he washes the pain away with another protein shake. He then sets off on his way home but stops in a steakhouse and eats half a cow, and puts the other half into a doggy bag. He gets home and eats whatever is in the fridge and then he sleeps for 10 hours.

Which one sounds more enjoyable to you?

Ya i love the feeling of being sore the next day, but to help ya out here i would say try and get your muscles warmed up and then stretch em out afterwards. I find this helps me loosen em up a bit

I've tried tons of things, the only ones that make a noticeable difference to me are

A)Pre/During workout Nutrition- A pre/during workout shake that includes whey protein and Dextrose. This shake is more important than your post workout shake, which makes me wonder why most of the teens on here neglect this.

B)Swole V2- regular creatine has no effect on my DOMS, Swole V2 mixed into my pre/during workout shake cuts down on my DOMS Significantly.

C)R-ala- Taken before and after a workout is a great idea for many reasons. Its an amazing Anti-oxidant, it works wonders on insulin, and it will speed recovery.

D)Static Holds- I've tried many different training techniques to decrease soreness, but the only effective one i've found is holding the movement in a certain place ( at the top, bottom, or middle of the movement) for 30-60 seconds. It burns like hell, gives an amazing pump, and i feel noticeably less sore the next day.
