Need help getting stronger for basketball

im tall and skinny....6'1" 140lbs.

i need help with everything, workout plans, what to eat, and anything else

in the same boat as you right now i got tired of people pushin me around in the post and not being able to finish as well cause it was easy to alter my drive in. right now I am jus trying to build up my core strenth with Rippetoes.
