yesterday i did my arms and today its my legs if i feel like doing a set on my arms would it hurt any?

No, do not do it even if you feel like it. Your muscles need time to rest and before you know if you'll be doing more and more on your arms thinking it will make them bigger, but it's really hampering the growing process. Only do them on your scheduled days, which should be once per week.

yeah trust me.. 5 months of not knowing **** and lifting weights withourt researching really wasted my time, money, and effort. heh how stupid of me, i trained my arms almost every other day like an idiot.. like every other teenager in the gym, heh and i got NO gains.. i start reading / researching.. make a schedule, nutrition plan and i make more gains in a month. remember to research a whole lot
