Heres a list of good foods for bodybuilders too consume....

(Pick the ones you like or cost effective)
**Proteins**
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
Tuna (water packed)
Fish (salmon, seabass, halibut)
Shrimp
Extra Lean Ground Beef or Ground Round (92-96%)
Protein Powder
Egg Whites or Eggs

i like to chow down on an apple or something like that if i'm hungry at the gym, but most of the time i just concentrate so much on the workout that i don't even think about being hungry

What you do is if you are hungry, Let yourself get hungry and it'll help get your ass out of the gym to eat. Don't cut any excersize out just work threw the hunger. It will cut your rest time between your sets down.
