    MY museules hurt?

    Well i lifted and stretched and my museules have streaks of pain go through them every once in awhile, the parts of my body i workedout on. DOes this mean thy are growing or are they soar?

    Well usally the parts I worked out hurt the day after I worked them and sometimes 2 days after too but they are never streeaks of paint as you call them, they are constant. I cna tell it's growing muscle and not an injury though, you could have hurt something or it just may be you're growing, kinda hard for me to tell since I am not you. I am sure someone else could help on here.

    Well its some of the mucsules i work, and sometimes it hurts for 2 seonds, and sometimes it hurts for a min, so i dont know, hope its growing and not omething seriouse.

    its not swallon. its not hurting as bad, and its jsut liek a 5 second pain that shoots through, its not hurting realy bad.
