First time competitor with questions...

I will be competing in Figure in July, possibly two shows. One is ABA/INBA and one is NGA. Do I need both a one-piece and two-piece suit? Do I need a separate suit for pre-judging and for the show? Is every organization different on this and where do I get this information?

Also, would like input on suit color. I was thinking red, but my hubby thinks blue might be better on me. Any input?

Each federation can vary in the answers to these questions, but most of the federation web sites will have details on each category regarding suit requirements.
Red and blues are nice but again, it depends on the federation. NPC and IFBB for example seem to lean toward solid color primarys where as WNSO shows more versatility and choice with gals in various ranges of colors and textures.
I say red is a great way to stand out, a nice solid velvet red but check the rules, some federations just have a one round with black plain 2 pc.
