Do you eat enough?
How many times a day do you eat? Do you get enough Protein, carbohydrates, and Fat? Would you like to change your life and eat more times and tone up? What are your goals? Ask your self these questions, can you honestly say you are pushing your self to your ultimate goal?

I'm with him, but the real issue here, is are you eating enough?
As a matter of fact, recently I was not growing as much as I should have been. Jacked my calories up 300 cals/day, added a bit more protein/fat to the diet, and bingo, gains began again...amazing how that works

People come in all shapes and sizes. For me im getting a degree in dietary nutrition and a certificate in fitness nutrition. So before you critisis people look at yourself and ask yourself this, maybe the person you critisis will someday be the person that teaches you something.

With school and all it is almost impossible for me to get 5-6 meals a day. I try to eat a huge breakfest and eat 3-4 meals a day.

no, it is quite possible to get 5-6 meals with school. pre make your food. school doesnt take up the whole day either.

Most of the time i eat 4-5 small meals per day + 1 or 2 shakes. So i voted 5-6.

Yes, I eat a tad too much! My waist line is starting to increase, six pack almost going! I do snack on some crap sometimes, but it's better than nothing at all. But I'm just about passing over 180lbs now!

You all critisis what i can do and who I am! How do you know? Last time i checked I was in Trent Gym In Yongsan Korea. Gripping my hand around a 125lbs dumbell and wrapping my wrist straps and pumping out 3 reps now if im not mistaken I did 3 reps. Like do you people get off on the fact of critisising people for what they can and can not do. Its ok though because in life im getting what I want, now ask your self this do you get what you want? Do you wake up in the morning and realise man maybe today i should just take my life? or do you go hmmmm maybe i should wake up today and knock on someone elses! When you can step to my lvl and go to IRAQ call me!

You are in Yongsan eh. I am in Kunsan right now. You don't have to call people out because you serve in the military. Everyone has a free choice to decide what they wanted to do. /rant
Just chill and eat something. BTW all that matters is that you look like you can lift when talking sh!t to someone on ine.
