Post 7 Meal diet~MY OWN WAY OF GETTING ALL YOU CAN

I understand that the whole world thinks they dont have enough time to eat 7 meals. For me I eat at work to get in all 7. here is how i do it.
wake up 0530
meal 1: 0630 2egg bowled and a bowl of gritz
meal 2: 0900 Protein Shake
meal 3: 1130 Banana and peanut butter sandwhich wheat bread
meal 4: 1400 Protein Shake
meal 5: 1630 5oz Chicken and 2 pieces of whole wheat bread on mustard sounds gross but really is good lol
meal 6: 1900 Protein Shake
meal 7: 2130 Tuna sandwhich wheat bread
Bed time 2230
That is a normal day and im starting to lift 2 muscles a day 2 a day so one in the morning and one in the afternoon so i can really get all i want out of a certain muscle. When i Lift legs i do them at once because of the compound lifts you cant really isolate to much.

good meal plan bro, however protein shakes arenot really "meals". a full meal is something with the appropriate macros in it (protein, fat, carbs). example - ur pre/post workout shakes are not really meals. if u had ur shake with some brown rice/oats/pb/yams then it would be a meal.

Sorry but saying that you can eat 7 meals a day, and having 3 of those meals be Protein shakes isn't a great meal plan. It isn't a contest to try to see who can eat the most amount of meals in a day... Take off at least one protein shake and replace it with something else. You can even just completely knock off one of your protein shake meals, eat 6 meals in a day, and add more calories throughout your day in other meals.

And I noticed you said you lift twice a day except for legs? Why on earth do you lift twice a day? Get your lifts done in ONE workout for those 2 bodyparts, not two.

Why i hit the gym 2 times?

I hit the gym 2 times because i isolate a certain muscle and dont have as much time to stay in the gym. Non like most of you I am in the US army and I am a ncoic so i work more then the average private. Havent you ever thought that not everyones body works the same. Also this one is for hola bola I weigh 118lbs because a year ago i was on teh wrestling team if you havent noticed i am really short before i joined the military i weighed about 110 and in the last year i have put on 8 lbs of lean muscle but can still max on my pt test for the military.
